We just had the lovely Chris & Jake of Square Root come and brew with us! Together we’ve made a grapefruit and wormwood sour that’s going to glide in at a sessionable 3.5%!

Wormwood is an ingredient often associated with the production of Absinthe.  It bares a woody (who’d of thought) and herbaceous quality and a strong bitterness so we’re being extra cautious to use it in small amounts.
A portion of the brew will be making its way down to Square Root HQ for them to work their magic and produce a bottled shandy from the beer! Keep your eyes peeled for the release date.
