🍨 North X Northern Bloc – Sorbet Sour: Raspberry + Rhubarb🍨

Introducing our latest collab: We teamed up with the ice cream alchemists that are Northern Bloc to create a Raspberry and Rhubarb Sorbert Sour.

Like us, Northern Bloc are all about flavour, and this beer is no exception.

Sorbet Sour is brewed with organic raspberry puree and forced Yorkshire rhubarb from the famed E. Olroyd & Sons, located in the ‘rhubarb triangle’.

The beer clocks in at an easy drinking 4.8% and is tart and juicy, thick, and vegan friendly.

The brewery team visited Northern Bloc’s ice cream factory here in Leeds to chat all things flavours with fourth generation ice cream champion, Manolo. The fruits chosen are favourites in the ice cream factory, with the rhubarb providing a nod towards the two brands’ Yorkshire roots.

The Northern Bloc collab will be available on tap and from the fridge in our tap room from 4pm on Friday 13th September. Cans are priced for takeaway, with a £2 ‘drink in’ corkage.
