Back in the summer we teamed up with Brouerij De Molen to brew our 3rd collaboration with them an XXXK Mild!
Brewed to celebrate Brouwerij De Molen’s ‘Borefts’ festival, under the brief ‘tradition’, this strong(ish) ale has it’s roots stretching back to the late 1700’s. The beer boasts 100% mild ale malt and 18g per litre of East Kent Goldings in the early boil, bringing aromas of vanilla and sweet oak with bold, rich, bruised fruit flavours.
We’re heading over to Borefts this weekend to join the fantastic line up of different breweries from around the world! With the only two casks of this brew in existence being poured at the historical windmill De Arkduif.
Cans of XXXK Mild will be available at the Brewery Tap from 4pm on Friday 27th September. Cans are priced for takeaway, with a £2 ‘drink in’ corkage.
Out and about for deliveries to your favourite bars and bottle shops from Monday.
