Another weekend very well spent in another of our favourite places, the Netherlands!
We spent Friday night and Saturday pouring at the fantastic LIB Festival! We think Leiden MIGHT have really enjoyed The Leafcutter… (tasting on point right now)
We also made our way to Haarlem to visit some friends we haven’t seen in a while, Uiltje Brewing Company, for a monster dry hop on a certain monster IPA. (If you know, you know! 😉 If you don’t know, Uiltje are rebrewing our collaborative Monster IPA. An eisbock IPA that ramps the ABV up to a ridiculous but equally delicious 18%)
We also cooked up a tasty NZIPA with Hague based Kompaan Bier . We used Waimea, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops in the whirlpool with a load more heading for the dry hop! It’s going to be called ‘Haka Haze’ so keep your eyes peeled over there in the Netherlands! 👀
Once we finished the brew we had a right good party with the brewery team pouring a few of our beers for a tap takeover at their taproom next to the brewery!
Thank you everyone we met at the festival and for being so positive and fun! You Dutch sure know how to party! 🤘
We’ll see you very soon at this years Het Uiltje Fresh Fest!!!
