We are recruiting a Northern Sales Rep who has the ambition and drive to help North Brewing Co grow within the northern markets, we’re looking for someone that has previous field sales experience preferably within the craft beer/hospitality industry.


40 hours per week


£26, 700 – £28, 800 dependent on experience


Based at our HQ, Springwell but travel will be regularly required.

Job Description

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and confident Northern Sales Rep who has the ambition and drive to help North Brewing Co grow within the northern markets.

By putting the customer and the brand at the forefront of everything they do, the successful individual will be paramount to building our relationships in the industry and ensuring that our sales processes are accurate, straight-forward and transparent.   

 They will be joining a busy Sales team during an exciting period of growth and development.

We’re looking for someone that has previous field sales experience preferably within the craft beer/hospitality industry. 


  • Work to achieve KPIs set out by Company directors in order to achieve sales growth throughout the north of England. 
  • Produce weekly and monthly Sales Reports on key numbers, KPIs, trends, and forecasts to Company Director  
  • Oversee draft (keg and cask) and small pack (cans and bottles) sales to direct accounts. 
  • Support our distributors to help increase sales across the north of the England. 
  • Support direct customers to maintain business relationships and ensure our products are displayed impressively to the customer 
  • Manage training sessions with stockists to ensure the quality and knowledge of the brand/product is maintained at all times. 
  • Create and manage events alongside the Marketing and Sales teams, including TTO’s, festivals, meet the brewer, collab brews etc 
  • Ensure timely communication with the Marketing team and Sales team on events and stock required 
  • Maintain a presence at key and new accounts in designated sales area. 
  • Accurate and timely data input into relevant brewery and accounting software. 
  • Be engaged with the product, customers and the North Brewing Co brand and maintain a positive attitude towards continual improvement. 


  • Ability to plan for and achieve ambitious sales targets. 
  • Proven new business success, lead generation & account growth. 
  • Organised & self-motivated, with great negotiation & communication skills with customers and other employees. 
  • Demonstrate a passion for the industry and our brand and products 
  • Take pride in your work with great attention to detail
  • Full, clean driver’s license- this role requires travelling across the north of England 



  • Experience within the craft beer/hospitality industry 
  • Previous experience using CRM software
  • Well connected to key figures within the on and off trade, either through previous work experience or personal connections
